  The ladies at the front desk are a pleasure to deal with as well as Mark in the appliance department where I purchased a new washer and dryer at the end of 2016. The employees (Scott & Randy) in the “doors & Windows” department are unbelievably incompetent. I ordered a window on September 18, 2017; it came in with a broken top sash. I was told by an employee named Scott that it would be reordered. Three weeks later I ask where my window is at and I was told that nothing was done on reordering it. An employee named Randy then reordered it again. Three weeks later I ask where my window was at. Scott stated that it had been cancelled and it would have to be reordered again. Do yourself a big favor and go to Menards.
