  I am giving a one star because I can't give anything else below that. The sales person assured us that if the adjustable bed and frame were not to our satisfaction that it could be returned. We were assured that shorter legs could be provided free of charge. Now I am told that the base cannot be returned. They will charge us $100 more for the shorter legs. A hundred bucks! We spent 2500 in that store and they can't provide shorter legs which probably cost 10 bucks at cost. The corporate office does not care. It's a "we have your money, so F you situation" My mom is 82 and can't get into the bed she just bought. They don't care. Buyer beware. I will not be purchasing the bed and recliner that I had planned to this week. Nor will I ever step foot in that store again.
